EPPING, NH – The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) AIM Recycling Super Late Models Pres. By Kenny U-Pull was at Star Speedway Saturday night and when the checkers fell on the PASS TJCO 150 it was veteran racer Mike Rowe in the lead and grabbing his second win on the young season.
