HALIFAX, NS – The East Coast International Pro Stock Tour is thrilled to be returning to the track this Saturday, May 21st for the Season Opener- Fleetrite 150! Scotia Speedworld will host round one of 12 for the cars and stars of the elite touring series. The 150-lap event will feature the best racing talent from across the Maritimes, with 22 drivers expected in the field for the first green flag of the season. Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races will kick off racing action at 4:00 pm and set the field for the Fleetrite 150. Grandstands will open at 1:00 pm on Saturday.

For the first time ever, fans will have the opportunity to see the official presentation of the East Coast International Pro Stock Tour Championship Trophy and custom championship ring commissioned from Inglis Jewelers. Craig Slaunwhite will receive all the spoils that come along with the title prior to the Fleetrite 150. Other top point-getters on the series will also be presented with their awards from the previous season Saturday afternoon.

Tickets for grandstand seating are on sale now and available online at www.eventbrite.ca. Adult tickets are $25.00, youth $10.00 (8-15yrs), 7 and under are FREE! Tickets for the pits are $30.00 and are available at the back gate on race day only. Tickets for grandstand seating will also be available at the gates on race day.
