We’re holding the first Race Day of the 2020 Season Sunday, July 19th at 1:00 pm *Government guidelines allow a maximum of 250 people in an outdoor setting.☆
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY !!
We are selling advanced admission bracelets right here on Facebook. Every bracelet ( for the stands ) will cost $12 and can be purchased THIS SATURDAY JULY 11TH AT 11:00 am ( behind Staples ) . They will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. * Accepts cash or etransfers * Please bring exact cash•
- Pit Entry is $15 per person, must be 16 and older…
- ABSOLUTELY no kids under 16 at any time ! •
- Bracelets will NOT be held in reserve for anyone.•
- Bracelets will NOT be sold at the Track on Race Day.•
- When you purchase your bracelet please do not put it on until you arrive at the Track on Race Day. •
- In the event the Races are cancelled that day due to weather, your bracelet will be valid for the next Race. There will be no reimbursement or replacement bracelets available.•
- Bracelets are color coded for each Race Day. You can only use your bracelet on the day specified. If you try to use it on a different day it will not be valid.•
- Season Pass holders will have bracelets waiting for them when they arrive on Race Day. We are NOT selling any more Season Passes•
- Please do not sit on the Stands that are marked with an “X”. They are marked for social distancing purposes which is important to keep the Track open.•
- Lawn Chairs are ENCOURAGED … we ask u social distance with anyone not in your bubble (ty) •
- Fans are not permitted in the Pit area•
- Wearing a face mask is not mandatory but is welcomed.•
- CANTEEN AND WASHROOMS will be open BUT u must social distance
