Butcher Scores Impressive Second-Place at Oxford Opener April 24, 2017 Regional OXFORD, ME – Cole Butcher, the 2016 Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour champion from Porter’s Lake, NS, finished second at the Pro All Stars Series SLM Speedway Homes 150 Sunday, impressive enough on its own but even more so when you factor in that he started the race from the 27th spot. Reid Lanpher, from Manchester, won the race and 2015 Oxford 250 winner Glen Luce, from Oxford, was third. With 45 cars on hand, the three heat races were stacked. Butcher missed transferring into the feature in his heat race but made the grid in his consi with a second-place finish. Prine Edward Island’s Dylan Gosbee finished 23rd and St. Stephen, NB’s Greg Fahey finished 26th.
