Wet Forecast Cancels Sunday Show at Speedway 660 May 30, 2015 Regional GEARY, NB – Kid’s Day and the Bando Blast, scheduled for Sunday at Speedway 660, have been cancelled because of a weather forecast that is calling for a 90 percent chance of rain. “Because of the impending rain in the forecast and a scheduled early afternoon start we decided to make an early call to cancel the races to accommodate the many race teams and fans that would be travelling to this event” said Speedway 660′s Max Roy. “We’ll reschedule Kids Day and the Bando Blast on another race date later in the season.” Speedway 660 swings back into action next Saturday at 6:30PM with the Martin’s Home Heating Sportsman 100. It’s the first event of a three race series at three different provincial tracks. The winner of the series will be crowned the first-ever New Brunswick Sportsman champion. source – track communications
