Two-To-Go in 2021 Pro Stock Tour Championship Battle September 22, 2021 Regional The East Coast International Pro Stock Tour returns to Scotia Speedworld this Saturday for the Atlantic Oliver Tire 200 in memory of Jim Hallahan. With just two races remaining on the 2021 schedule and an intense battle for the championship in play, the Atlantic Oliver Tire 200 is sure to provide fans with lots of hard-charging action. The grandstand will open at 1:00 pm with Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races kicking off the racing card at 4:00 pm. Craig Slaunwhite (Terence Bay, NS) currently sits atop the point standings heading into the penultimate event of the season. Slaunwhite will not be breathing easy however as two-time series champion Cole Butcher (Hantsport, NS) is just a mere eight points behind. Jarrett Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) is also well within striking distance for the title as he sits just 33 points behind older brother Cole and 41 markers behind Slaunwhite. Nicholas Naugle (Dartmouth, NS) and Matt Vaughan (Halifax, NS) round out the top five respectively, and remain mathematically in the championship chase. The Maritime League of Legends and the East Coast Mini Stock Tour will entertain fans prior to the Atlantic Oliver Tire 200 in memory of Jim Hallahan. Tickets for the Atlantic Oliver Tire 200 (grandstand seating only) are on sale now at www.eventbrite.ca. Tickets are $30.00 for adults, youth 15 years and under are $10.00. Pit tickets will be available at the back gate on race day only, pit passes are $35.00. Per Public Health protocols social distancing is required, and fans need to wear a mask while entering, exiting, and moving about the facility. Masks can be removed while seated.
