Tucker had to battle all night with Jonathan Hicken (Pictou, NS) who was subbing for current point leader Craig Slaunwhite. Hicken couldn’t get by Tucker and had to settle for second. Jarrett Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) had another consistent showing finishing third. John Rankin (St. Martin’s, NB) and 2022 Rookie of the Year Ryan VanOirschot (Antigonish, NS) rounded out the top five. complete unofficial results Matt Vaughan (Bedford, NS) and Tucker won their respective Atlantic Tiltload heat races which set the field for the Fleetrite 150. Tucker also picked up the R&D Performancentre Most Laps Led award. Rankin was the top finishing Rookie. Gary Elliott (Truro, NS) takes home the Kenny U Pull Hard Charger award, while VanOirshcot won the Fast Eddie Race Wear Lucky Dog award. There were several other winners on the day. Hudson Ruff (Long Reach, NB) won the beginner Bando feature. Daniel Vandeburg, (Lower Onslow, NS) took home the Outlaw victory. Jeff Ainsley (Halifax, NS) put his vintage hot rod in victory lane, while Ayden Christensen (Windsor Junction, NS) won the Maritime League of Legends feature.
