Tickets Now Available for Monster Jam® Show at Scotia Speedworld March 14, 2017 Regional HALIFAX, NS – Tickets are now available for the popular Monster Jam® show at Scotia Speedworld, this year with three shows set for May 27 and 28. The show is an adrenaline charged motorsports experience for folks of all ages. It will feature eight tracks, each approximately 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide. They are custom-designed machines that sit atop 66-inch-tall tires and weigh a minimum of 10,000 pounds. Built for short, high-powered bursts of speed, Monster Jam trucks generate 1,500 to 2,000 horsepower and are capable of speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. Monster Jam trucks can fly up to 125 to 130 feet in distance and up to 35 feet in the air. The Halifax lineup includes fan favorites Grave Digger and Northern Nightmare (subject to change). The Pit Party on Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28 runs from 10:30 a.m. -12 p.m. and gives fans the opportunity to get up close and personal to the Monster Jam trucks and drivers. Pit Party passes are $10*. To access the Pit Party, event ticket and Pit Party Pass must be presented upon entry. Monster Jam® tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for youth (2-12); youth discounts are not available for the Saturday afternoon show.
