For the second day in a row wet weather has caused the postponement of the 2014 season opener at Riverside International Speedway. A new date has yet to be determined; track officials will work together with series officials from the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour and the Napa Sportsman Series to find a day that works for all. Advance tickets sold for the Ron MacGillivray 150 will be honoured at the rescheduled date – stay tuned to www.riversidespeedway.ca for details. The next event at Riverside International Speedway is the IWK 250 Super Weekend on July 18 & 19 when NASCAR Camping World Truck Series defending champion Matt Crafton will take on the best short track racers in our region; advance tickets will be available starting this coming week. The next event for the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour is June 21 at Scotia Speedworld.
