Jarrett Butcher Gets Second Win on Season in PEI July 30, 2023 Regional Jarrett Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) got by Darren MacKinnon (Charlottetown, PE) and Troy Burke (Sherwood, PE) on lap 138 of the BJ’s Truck Centre 150 and held on for the final 12 laps to take home his second win on the season. Russell Smith Jr (Lakeside, NS) was in the mix all night and earned a second-place finish. MacKinnon battled Burke door-to-door at the front of the field for a good portion of the race, but ultimately finished third. Craig Slaunwhite (Terence Bay, NS) picked up a fourth-place finish. Burke may have led the most laps and pocketed the R&D Performance Centre cash bonus, but he had to settle for fifth when the checkers flew. complete unofficial results Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races kicked off Pro Stock action. Greg Proude (Springvale, PE) and Burke topped their respective Atlantic Tiltload heat races which set the field for the BJ’s Truck Centre 150.
