On Saturday night at Scotia Speedwrold 20-year-old Cole Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) became the youngest driver ever to win the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour championship. Butcher clinched the title in style by dominating the season finale Dartmouth Dodge 200 as he paced the field for 157 laps en route to his third win and seventh top-three finish of the year.

Darren MacKinnon (Charlottetown, PE) finished second with two-time series champion Shawn Turple (Enfield, NS) third. Donald Chisholm (Antigonish, NS) was fourth with Dylan Gosbee (Cornwall, PE) finishing the season off strong in fifth.

Butcher is the seventh different champion in the 16-year history of the series. Chisholm, the 2015 series champion, finished second overall and MacKinnon third.
