Moving to Canada Day for 2023, this race brings out the best as a test of man and machine, while honouring the legacy of Speedway 660’s own Ricky Bobby. This event annually attracts upwards of 30 of the region’s top talents. Michael Cormier has won the previous two runnings of the event. Two additional 100-lap extended distance shows will be can’t miss events of the season – with the Targett’s Windows and Doors 100 on Saturday, June 10, and the D. Gillespie & Sons 100 on Sunday, September 3 as part of the annual SpeedWeekend. In total, 10 races will be contested for the Shur-Fit Auto Parts Street Stock division in 2023, with the division champion being crowned as part of the Riverview Honda Championship Weekend on Saturday, September 23. The remaining seven races will vary from 30 to 50 laps in length. Speedway 660 will kick off its milestone 30th season on Saturday, May 13 with the Riverview Ford Season Opener, which will include action from the Shur-Fit Automotive, Bumper to Bumper Street Stock division! Opening day will be highlighted by the launch of the new Super Late Model Series, which will contest a 150-lap feature.
