Dover Cup Race Rained Out Until Monday May 5, 2019 NASCAR DOVER, DE – The “Gander RV 400” Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway has been postponed until Monday, May 6 at noon due to persistent wet conditions. All Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series tickets will be honored. Gates 3, 4, 16 and 19 will be open at 10 a.m. Parking on Dover International Speedway property will be free.
