Sad News – Jim Sewart January 7, 2019 Regional Jim Sewart, 71, a cherished member of the Heart of a Champion family and a driving force behind the restoration of its ’67 Chevelle of which he was so proud passed away last night. Jim was a longtime well-known member of the Maritime motorsports community racing during the 70s and 80s at Riverside Speedway and Atlantic Speedway, winning multiple sportsman championships at both tracks. He was a lifelong crew member, cheerleader, and best friend for his brother, five-time MASCAR champion Greg Sewart. Arrangements will be posted when complete.
