There has been keen interest from all across Canada including a strong group from the Maritimes and many places in the USA already.” The Canadian Short Track Nationals on the weekend of September 1 – 2 featuring the APC Late Model Series and the Outlaw Super Late Models on Saturday September 1 and then completing the huge weekend on September 2 with the Pro Late Model 200 lap race along with the $5,000.00 to win Saugeen Shores Transmission 50 lap for the Super Stocks. The total purse for the Pro Late Model 200 is $166,000.00, based on a 36-car starting field. Also, to start the weekend Kim Mitchell will be playing in the Pavilion on Friday, August 31.
