Thursday, August 8 from 4-8PM Scotia Speedworld is hosting its second annual Food Truck Rally and Show & Shine. The event will feature 10 popular food trucks, antique car and super car show & shine, beer garden, live music, and FanZone! We have also added a Pro Stock Tour Driver Meet & Greet to the event. Come out and get up close and personal with some of your favourite driver. Tickets for the First Annual Food Truck Rally and Show & Shine are $5.00. Friday, August 9at 7:00pm don’t miss the Sportsman 100. That’s right, Sportsman will battle on the oval for 100 laps next Friday evening. Tickets will be available at the gate on race day; adult tickets are $15.00, Youth $5.00 and children 7 and under are free. (Weekend passes available see below) Saturday, August 10 at 5:00pm the cars and starts of the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour return to Halifax for the 20th edition of the prestigious Toromont Cat 250. Don’t miss a minute of this high-horsepower experience as teams battle for their piece of the $60,000 purse and contingency funds and the opportunity to engrave their name on the Scott Fraser Memorial Cup. Tickets for the Toromont Cat 250 are $35.00 for adults, youth (8-15yrs) $10.00, children 7 and under are free! Pit admission for those 18+ is $40.00 Weekend passes for the Sportsman 100 and the 20th Toromont Cat 250 are $50.00 for pit admission, $45.00 grandstands.
